RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return undamaged/unworn items to us for a full refund (minus shipping).
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 

Accepted within 30 Days of delivery date for Cash Back – Used/Worn or Damaged/Scratched/Dented items are NOT eligible for return or exchange for ANY reason. There is a 3% restocking fee which covers the payment processing fees we don’t get back. Buyer Pays Return Shipping (return in ORIGINAL BOX inside a large envelope (not a letter envelope). INCLUDE YOUR ORDER # or your refund may be delayed. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email care @ bochellijewelry.com for approval and ship to address. If you don’t see our reply within 2 days CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER.
 
To exchange please send a link or screenshot of the item you’d like to exchange for or send your specific customization requests. We Do Not do custom design work. Mon-Fri we respond same day or next day. We do not work nights, weekends or holidays.
 
You Must Include Your Order #! Once you ship it Check Your Tracking to see if we received it yet before contacting us asking when we’re going to process the refund. Returns received without an order # included will be delayed because we won’t know which site you purchased on. 
 
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME NEW CONDITION THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED IN A BOX INSIDE A PADDED ENVELOPE. RETURNS MUST BE PACKAGED THE SAME WAY to insure there is no damage to the items. Damage will be deducted from your refund.
 
Domestic: Shipping paid when ordering is Not refundable.
 

International: Buyer must purchase their own shipping label. The $35 shipping paid when ordering is Not refundable.

 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or contact you if there is a problem. Please allow 2-3 days from the receipt of your returned package to process your return. We will notify you by email when we have processed it. Refunds may take 2-3 Weeks or Longer to appear on your credit card statement. This is standard for Every store in America.
