WHATS IT STRUNG ON: Most beaded jewelry sold online and in stores is strung on steel beading wire because solid gold flexible wire does not exist. It would break very easily. Our pieces are strung on steel beading wire, 14k solid gold chain or stretchy clear elastic cord. If it Does Not say CHAIN IN THE TITLE then it uses steel wire or stretchy cord.

OUR LENGTHS INCLUDE THE CLASP AND END PARTS

The term Solid Gold is used to differentiate Our Real Gold items from the plated or gold-filled items Sold by Others.

HANDLING TIME: Most of our items are MADE TO ORDER meaning we make them when you order them. Our handling time is 3 business days. A business day is Mon-Fri. The day you order does not count toward those 3 days. For example, if you order on Monday it will not be due to ship until Thursday. You can upgrade to Priority 2-3 day mail (or faster) when you check out. We typically Cannot ship faster without moving your order up in front of many other customers orders. To be fair we have to ship in the order they come in.

REFUNDS: ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME NEW CONDITION THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED IN A BOX INSIDE A PADDED ENVELOPE. RETURNS MUST BE PACKAGED THE SAME WAY to insure there is no damage to the items. Scratched beads, etc. will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship Fedex for a flat fee of $35. Approximate delivery speed is 6-10 days (we cannot guarantee this but it has been typical in our experience).
