ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. MEASURE AROUND YOUR NECK – DONT ADD ANY EXTRA ROOM. ORDER THAT LENGTH.

2. We Will add an extra bead or two because BEADS MAKE THE INNER CIRCUMFERENCE SMALLER so bead necklaces have to be a little longer to compensate.

3. If you dont have a tape measure you can wrap a piece of string around your neck and measure that.

4. Do not use another bead necklace you have to determine size. If its made with different size beads it will fit differently than ours.

5. Do not use a chain necklace you have to determine size. The bigger the bead the smaller the inner circumference becomes. A 10mm bead 15″ necklace for example will only fit a 14″ neck snuggly.

WHAT ITS STRUNG ON: IF IT SAYS CHAIN IN THE TITLE: then its strung on 14k Solid Gold Chain. IF IT DOES NOT: then it uses flexible steel beading wire, steel chain or clear stretchy elastic cord. Most bead jewelry sold online and in stores is strung on steel beading wire or stretch cord because solid gold flexible wire would break very easily and cost a lot more. Only bead sizes 3mm and larger can be strung on our 14k solid gold chain. The holes of most gemstone beads are too small for chain.

The term Solid Gold is used to differentiate Our Real Gold items from the plated or gold-filled items Sold by Others.

PRODUCTION TIME: OUR ITEMS ARE HANDMADE AFTER YOU ORDER THEM. They are Not ready to go items. We ship in 3 business days. A business day is Mon-Fri. The day you order Does Not count. If you order on Monday it will not be due to ship until Thursday, etc. Faster Shipping Speeds are available at checkout. We Do Not accept rush order requests.

REFUNDS: ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME NEW CONDITION THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED IN A GIFT BOX INSIDE A PADDED ENVELOPE. RETURNS MUST BE PACKAGED THE SAME WAY to insure there is no damage to the items. Scratched beads, etc. will be deducted from your refund.
