Multiple Gift Boxes: If you order multiple items please put in the notes at checkout how many boxes you want or contact us via  the contact page if you already placed the order. Our policy is to ship all items in one box unless customers request otherwise.

Gift Wrapping is Not available. We can include a Gift Card with Note if you request it in the notes at checkout.

Many Customers Order the Wrong Length! Please Review the Instructions in the Red Photo and the Description in the listings you purchased or Below…

7mm-12mm Bracelets – Order the Length You Wear in a THIN Chain Bracelet. We then add a bead or two to compensate for the fact that Large Beads Make the Inner Circumference Smaller. – Do NOT measure another Bead Bracelet! It will throw things off and then it won’t fit you!

REMAKES TAKE 5 DAYS TO RESHIP & YOU PAY RETURN SHIPPING! You can also wrap a piece of string around your wrist and measure the string, then add 1/2″ for bracelets with clasps or 1/4″ for stretchy bracelets.

4-6mm Bracelets – Order 1/2″ larger than your wrist measurement. You can wrap a piece of string around then measure the string and add 1/2″.

3mm Bracelets – Order 1/4″ larger than your wrist measurement. You can wrap a piece of string around then measure the string and add 1/4″.

Necklaces – Order the Length you Normally Wear in a THIN Chain Necklace. We will add the extra beads needed to make it hang like that length does on an average size person. Do NOT measure another Bead necklace. It will throw things off and cause it to not fit right. You can wrap a piece of string around to wear you want it to lay then measure the string.

Your First Remake is Free. Your shipping back to us is not. A Second Remake is $50 for labor +plus the cost of roundtrip shipping. Note: We charge for any and all extra materials needed to make your changes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Accepted within 30 Days of delivery date for Cash Back – Used/Worn or Damaged/Scratched/Dented items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Buyer Pays Return Shipping (return in ORIGINAL BOX inside a large envelope (not a letter envelope). INCLUDE YOUR ORDER # or your refund may be delayed. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return an item, please email care @ bochellijewelry.com for approval and ship to address. If you don’t see our reply within 2 days business days. CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER. A business day is Mon-Fri.

To exchange send us the link to the item you’d like to exchange for or what your specific customization requests are. Mon-Fri we respond same day or next day. We do not work nights, weekends or holidays.

You Must Include Your Order #! Once you ship it Check Your Tracking to see if we received it yet before contacting us asking when we’re going to process the refund. Returns received without an order # included will be delayed because we won’t know which site you purchased on. 

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME NEW CONDITION THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED IN A BOX INSIDE A PADDED ENVELOPE. RETURNS MUST BE PACKAGED THE SAME WAY to insure there is no damage to the items. Damage will be deducted from your refund.

Domestic: Shipping paid when ordering is Not refundable.

International: Buyer must purchase their own shipping label. The $35 shipping paid when ordering is Not refundable.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or contact you if there is a problem. Please allow 2-3 days from the receipt of your returned package to process your return. We will notify you by email when we have processed it. Refunds may take 2-3 Weeks or Longer to appear on your credit card statement. This is standard for Every store in America. 

International Customers – Import Duties/Taxes/VAT: We lower the value of items on the customs forms so that you are not charged import taxes which works 99.9% of the time. Fedex may charge additional handling fees $8-$25 depending on your location which we will Not reimburse you for.

Packages worth $400 or more Will Require an Adult Signature so please check the tracking and make sure an adult is there when it’s delivered.

Selecting 2 Day Shipping DOES NOT ELIMINATE OUR PRODUCTION TIME. 2 Days only refers to the travel time (and UPS does not guarantee it will definitely be 2 days).

The Free Shipping option is USPS ground (snail mail Domestic Only). You can upgrade to Priority Mail, 2 Day , 3 Day or Overnight Shipping. These are Transit times (this does NOT eliminate our production time).

International buyers shipping normally takes 4-10 days via Fedex to get to you.

THE SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY SEND ONCE WE PRINT YOUR LABEL and THEN START MAKING YOUR ITEMS.

We can make simple changes like clasp type/size
(larger and/or fancier clasps cost more). 

We don’t do custom designing, sorry, we just don’t have the time for anything but very simple changes.

During the Holidays we may not be able to get back to you quickly, so please be patient. 

Only beads with large enough holes can be strung on 14k solid gold chain. Gemstone beads cannot be strung on chain.
